Location for 21-story, 549-unit development.
One of the bigger residential projects in recent memory is apparently planned for northern Virginia.
The Washington Business Journal reported on Thursday afternoon that Boston Properties has an office and residential project in the works for Reston Town Center, and it sounds like the residential portion could be huge.
From the WBJ:
The development proposal calls for a 21-story multi-family building. The building will feature two towers and a maximum of 549 units, in addition to 25,100 square feet of retail or restaurant uses and an eight-story parking garage.
The project would sit adjacent to the intersection of New Dominion and Reston Parkway (map). More details on the new development here, which still has a number of approvals to get before it is given the green light.
