In May, Emblem at Barracks Row, a brand new 20-unit condominium by Bozzuto, will open for sales on Capitol Hill. The property, which is already garnering attention from prospective buyers, will bridge the historic Barracks Row neighborhood with the neighboring Navy Yard as a standout addition to the city’s oldest commercial district.
