7th Flats at Progression Place
7th Flats at Progression Place will be completed by June 2013, but pre-leasing at the project near 7th and S Street NW (map) could start as soon as February, UrbanTurf has learned.
“Completion is anticipated in May or June 2013,” Steven Cassell of Four Points Development told UrbanTurf. “We will begin leasing activities in the February/March timeframe.”
7th Flats is the 205-unit apartment aspect of Progression Place, which will also include 100,000 square feet of office space and 20,000 square feet of retail. A large chunk of the office space is slated to be the new national headquarters of the United Negro College Fund. The development team consists of Four Points Development with Ellis Enterprises Development and The Jarvis Company.
