1607 28th Street NW
Late Friday, a Georgetown mansion hit the market for a cool $18 million, making it the most expensive home on the market within the District.

1607 28th Street NW (map) is an eight-bedroom, nine-bath home that was last listed in 2008. Among its many features and amenities are a solarium, wood-paneled billiard room, wine cellar, private elevator, and even a motor court (presumably for the eventual buyer’s many cars).

We will update this post as we receive more information about this home, but in the meantime, here is a link to the virtual tour.
