$11 Million New Home in DC's Kent Neighborhood Finds a Buyer
The luxury market in the DC region started out the new year just like it ended 2021.
A new six-bedroom home in DC's Kent neighborhood that hit the market in mid-December for $10.9 million found a buyer this past weekend. The home, listed with Lori Leasure of Washington Fine Properties, is under contract with contingencies.
Built by RKB Construction last year, the 11,000 square-foot home sits on almost a full acre near Battery Kimble Park. The floorplan on the main level consists of a living room, office, a large living space with a wall of windows, a mudroom and a gourmet kitchen with a chef's kitchen. All of the bedrooms are en suite and out back there is a seven-foot Japanese cedar privacy fence, a large pool with a pool house, 250-feet of stone retaining walls, a fire pit area, and large green space.
