There aren’t many details yet, but a 100-unit residential development is in the planning stages for DC’s Truxton Circle neighborhood.

Early plans for the project were presented by developer John Sunter at last week’s Hanover Civic Association (HACA) meeting. HACA’s Leon Braddell told UrbanTurf that the development could include commercial space and underground parking.

Sunter and Four Points are also planning a 110-unit residential development at Chapman Stables that would combine two lots, one the historic stable and the other a vacant lot at 57 N Street NW (map).

Correction: An earlier version of this article mistakenly referenced the address for this project as 20 P Street NE.

P Street NE — Truxton Circle
