Seller of $7.295M G'town Condo Revealed
Last week, we reported via Housing Complex that a penthouse at the Ritz Carlton residences in Georgetown sold for $7.295M, apparently a new record for a condominium sale in DC. After some digging, Housing Complex author Ruth Samuelson discovered the identity of the seller. Find out who it is after the jump.
