Last night, River East Emerging Leaders brought a panel of DC restaurateurs to Historic Anacostia to talk about how to break into the restaurant business. But the big question of the evening was directed at Andy Shallal, the owner of Busboys and Poets, who has been flirting with the idea of opening up a Busboys in the neighborhood.
