The Yards Foundry Lofts Back on Track
The Post's Jonathan O’Connell is reporting that Forest City Enterprises and the DC Housing Finance Agency have closed on a deal to finance the affordable housing section of Foundry Lofts at The Yards, a 170-unit apartment project in Capitol Riverfront.
