New Residential Project Breaks Ground in Petworth
DCmud is reporting that ground has been broken on a 49-unit, 7-story residential project at 3801 Georgia Avenue. The residential property will be developed by Donatelli Development just across the street from the Petworth Metro station and Donatelli’s Park Place apartments.
