DC February Housing Report: Same Old Song
In his latest analysis, Keith Gibbons of DCHousingPrices reports that the February MRIS numbers for DC indicate that "we're back to the same old routine: volume up, prices down." This is contrast to December, when Gibbons reported that sales, dollar volume and prices were higher than the same period last year.
