Trulia: 25% of Listings Have Experienced Price Reduction
Trulia.com announced today that one in four homes currently on the market in the U.S. has experienced at least one price reduction. Despite that news, DC is one of the fortunate areas that is actually going the other way with notable declines in the number of listings where the price has been reduced in the last three months.
