September's Zoning Amendments Omitted a Zone; OP Recommends a Remedy
Last September, the Zoning Commission implemented an extensive overhaul of the zoning regulations; however, those new designations neglected to include an equivalent to the downtown, high-density C-4 zone. Now, the Office of Planning is recommending to fill that void by creating an MU-30 zone.
