Real estate agents have started to do a number of things to distinguish themselves from the pack. Some have started to host first-time homebuyer seminars. Others have started making YouTube real estate tutorials. However, none has gone quite as far as a realtor from New Jersey who Inman News reports recently started an online video series to "promote her goal of $1 million in net revenue from sales commissions in one year."
