EYA has delivered restaurants, retail and townhomes to a formerly vacant lot at the intersection of Riggs Road and South Dakota Avenue NE. About 20,000-30,000 square feet of retail space creates a "podium" along Riggs Road, delivering a restaurant on either side of what is now envisioned as a 10,000 square-foot retailer location. Mushinsky Voelzke Associates designed the project.
