Stonebridge and The Bernstein Companies are moving ahead with plans to raze the existing office building at what was previously known as 1990 K Street NW and construct a 435-unit residential building in its place, with 17,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. Design Collective is the architect on the project, which will carry the new address of 1999 Eye Street NW once complete.
