Simpson Development Co. and EYA will take a plan for a new 32-townhome development at the site of a pair of office buildings at 333 North Fairfax Street to the city's Board of Architectural Review in September. The new townhomes will replace a pair of four- and five-story office buildings bounded by Queen Street, North Lee Street, Princess Street and North Fairfax Street about a block from Founders Park along the waterfront. Simpson Development has owned the two office buildings for nearly 60 years.
