BCN Homes' plans for a new townhome community dubbed Waverly Ridge, with 47 units along North Taylor Street and Cherry Hill Road, were approved. "The unit height will range from approximately 37' to 52' with each unit being three-four stories with high-quality façades made of brick and lap siding," the filing stated. "Each unit will have two parking spaces contained within a garage located on the first floor. Additionally, 11 internal on-street parking spaces will be provided for visitors." In addition to the new townhouses, the developer is planning a 9,500 square-foot public park, a new 5-foot bike lane on the north side of Cherry Hill Road and a 40-foot bus stopping area.
