The new five-story building would consist of residential units affordable to senior citizens earning up to 50% median family income. The second through fifth floors would house residential units while the penthouse level will have residences and an amenity room. The northern block of the new development will be home to the new church space. Developer Cubed Partners has asked the city for a three-year extension on the project due to financing issues.
