In mid-2022, UIP filed plans with DC's Historic Preservation Office for Brookland Lanes, a large residential development constructed around the site of a former bowling alley at 3726 10th Street NE in DC's Brookland neighborhood. Though the project is currently delayed, and has filed for a two-year extension, it is slated to have apartments, as well as a pool and an outdoor amenity space on the roof of the existing historical building. UIP is also proposing a new public retail plaza at the corner of 10th Street NE and Michigan Avenue NE.
