In this week’s installment of What X Buys You, we look in the $550,000 price point where we find a spacious two-bedroom condo with plenty of views on 9th Street in the U Street Corridor. The highlights of this unit are many: the turreted dining area is surrounded with bay windows and would be a great place to host a dinner party; the master bedroom is lofted and with large windows is quite bright, and the second bedroom could serve as a great home office or for its original purpose.
