We featured this two-bedroom condo on 16th Street a few months ago in our Best Open Houses feature. The price was recently reduced by about $25K which makes it a very attractive option in this section of DC.

The unit is in a Federal rowhouse that was built in 1837. Both bedrooms are decent sized, have large windows and a good amount of storage space (one could also serve as a den). The bathroom was recently renovated and the home has a washer and dryer and a brand new stainless steel refrigerator. The property is an eight-minute walk from the U Street/Cardozo Metro stop on the green line and a ten-minute walk from Dupont Circle. More details below.
