Three-Bedroom Row House Between Stanton Park and Lincoln Park

What $770K Buys You in DC: Figure 1

This three-bedroom row home sits between Stanton and Lincoln Park in Capitol Hill. It is a cool combination of three bedrooms and a finished basement that could be used as a guest suite. The house includes attractive details such as three fireplace mantels on the first level, and a private patio/deck off of the kitchen. The living space is not massive, but the master bedroom is relatively large and includes a dressing room/office, and the rec room and patio provide extra entertaining/living areas. The kitchen, while small, has counter-to-ceiling cabinetry, but will likely need some upgrades. There is also only one full bathroom on the upper level with the bedrooms, which isn’t ideal. Street parking could also be a challenge in this neighborhood. For the full listing, click here.

What $770K Buys You in DC: Figure 2

Within walking distance of two Red Line Metro stations (Cleveland Park/Van Ness), this light-filled, two-level condo is in a very good location. Huge windows cover almost every wall, and the great room features a kitchen that opens to the living and dining areas, and a two-story ceiling that makes a smaller space seem quite spacious. The master suite is on the second level and includes a separate tub and shower and a deck that gives 7th floor views of the entire city. There is also a second bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. The building only has 30 units, and monthly fees are on the high side ($615/month), but include maintenance, security and water. The list price also comes with one garage parking space. For the full listing, click here.
