In this week’s installment of What X Buys You, we look in the $675K range and find an enormous three-bedroom loft space in Shaw. Originally built in 1900, the property used to be an artist’s loft and was completely gutted and renovated in 2007 by local firm HRY Design. Almost every room in this unit is enormous. There are two master suites, a massive kitchen with a separate dining area and a large living area. There is also a small patio area. Nearby rental parking for the unit has been paid for the next two years, but the loft is just a block from the Shaw-Howard U Metro on the Green Line.
