What $399K Buys You: A New Hampshire Avenue One-Bedroom

In this week’s installment of What X Buys You, we look in the $399,000 price point and find a one-bedroom in a Victorian row house in Dupont Circle that just went on the market. With quality housing inventory relatively low right now, we imagine that this unit will not be on the market that long given its layout and location. The living room has a nice window nook with numerous windows that, as evidenced by the photo above, fits a sectional couch pretty well. There is an interesting touch along the hallway on the way back to the bedroom: a wall of opaque glass doors to the shower and bathroom. The unit is selling for just $4,500 more than what it was purchased for in 2007. More details and photos below.
