A Two-Bedroom in Columbia Heights

This 1,200 square foot two-bedroom rental is in the Embassy, a 1923 Columbia Heights building with generous floorplans, high ceilings and historic details. The unit, just over a block from all the action near the Columbia Heights Metro, has a separate dining room off the kitchen and its own balcony. There’s a washer and dryer in the unit, and two big bedrooms mean this is a listing two friends could split. Access to the unit’s storage locker is also included.

A Three-Bedroom Rowhouse on North Capitol

This three-bedroom rowhouse is on busy North Capitol Street, but it’s located close to everything Bloomingdale has to offer, including Red Hen, Rustik Tavern and Boundary Stone. Of the three properties listed here, it is also the one that will take your money furthest: three roommates can share this home for just over $1,000 each a month — though the threesome will have to share one bathroom. UrbanTurf likes the home’s historic character, balcony and the patio out back.

A Two-Bedroom Duplex in Dupont

This two-bedroom Dupont duplex comprises the English basement and first floors of a rowhouse about a block from the Dupont Circle Metro. Though it’s not very updated, the unit has lots of historic character, like two fireplaces, built-ins, hardwood floors and moulding — as well as easy, walkable access to everything in Dupont.
