Two-Bedroom Kalorama Apartment With Rock Creek Views

Located in the Park Crest, a marble-lobbied building just across from Rock Creek Park in Kalorama, this two-bedroom apartment is available immediately. The unit is on the 5th floor and looks like it has peaceful views and a simple but comfortably renovated interior. The master bedroom is significantly larger than the second bedroom, which could be a good office or nursery. An added bonus? The rental rate includes utilities.

Townhouse Near the Waterfront in Old Town Alexandria

The best thing about this two-bedroom Old Town townhouse is the location: it’s half a mile from King Street, a couple blocks from the waterfront, and just under a mile to the Braddock Street Metro. Both bedrooms and full bathrooms are on the top floor, with the living areas and a half bath on the main level. It has lots of cozy features, like a fireplace, built-ins and french doors that open onto a brick patio. The house also comes with one underground parking space and a big attic.
