A three-bedroom townhouse two miles off of I-95 just became available for interested commuters. The 2,200 square-foot home has 3.5 bathrooms and plenty of space, including a deck and finished basement. The home is also wired for a movie watching renter with a projector, speakers and a screen already installed in the family room. The final selling point? The rent drops for residents who sign a two-year lease.

This one-bedroom apartment is in a ten-unit, corner building in Capitol Hill, blocks south of Lincoln Park and a little ways east of Eastern Market. The unit has plenty of light, a claw-foot tub and storage space, and all utilities are included except for electricity. The is a laundromat and dry cleaner on the first floor and the unit is available at the end of the month.
