A Quaint Rowhouse Duplex Near Rosedale
Between Rosedale, Lincoln Park and the H Street Corridor, one can rent a two-bedroom duplex rowhouse with a rear deck. The interior has plenty of charm, starting with the rectangular bay window and brick panel fireplace with iron grill in the living room. The bay window also lends a T-shape to the master bedroom, which also contains a decorative mantel. The kitchen is designed around a column that houses the refrigerator on one side and additional cabinetry on the other.

A Boutique One-Bedroom in Brooklyn
This one-bedroom unit is one of seven apartments in a small building in the Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn, just two blocks from the East River. The cozy apartment has original hardwood flooring, an abundance of natural light and a narrow one-wall kitchen with built-in crescent-shaped nooks and partially-tiled walls. The apartment is filled with interesting structural details, like flat crown molding and pentagonal arched doorways. The bathroom is also tiled in a mosaic motif.

A Ranch House in the Country
In the Germantown neighborhood of Nashville, Tennessee, this budget affords you a three-bedroom detached house with lots of yard space. The ranch-style home is introduced by a front porch and patio and has an updated interior beneath a pitched roof. On one side of the house, the deep living room leads to the eat-in kitchen, which is appointed in butcher block and has a stainless steel double sink and oven hood. The house also has a rear deck and a two-car parking pad. Also, the "country" description in the headline is a bit misleading; Germantown is very walkable and far from rural.
