1801 and 1811 Wyoming Avenue NW
Urban Investment Partners has started work on converting 1801 and 1811 Wyoming Avenue NW (map) into a 43-unit condo project called the WY18 Condominiums, the Washington Business Journal reported today.
The Journal reported that the project will include one and two-bedroom units ranging in size from 900 to over 1,300 square feet. All the condos will include GE Café series appliances and iPod docking stations.
We caught up with UIP principal Steve Schwat over email, who told us that the units will start in the $400,000s and go to somewhere in the $600,000 range. There will be four to five units on each floor, and all will have open floor plans. Scwhat said that the expected delivery date will be January 2012, but sales will start in the coming months.
