Two remarkably spacious luxury townhomes have just come to market around the corner from the Petworth Metro station. The homes at 831 Rock Creek Church Road NW are ideally located in the heart of Petworth—between Park View and Columbia Heights—on Metro’s Yellow Line, which runs through downtown DC and out to the future Amazon headquarters at National Landing. The location is near two grocery stores and dozens of some of DC’s most talked about cafes, bars and restaurants, including Call Your Mother, Himitsu and Timber Pizza.
