Tuesday's Deal of the Week

This week’s Deal of the Week is a two-bedroom ground floor condo just north of U Street. At 1,100 square feet, it is fairly large for a two-bedroom unit in this area, with most of that space in the renovated living area and kitchen. The kitchen now includes a long breakfast bar and all new appliances, and the living room is set up with two places to sit.
The master bedroom is large, and not only has its own master bath, but a gas fireplace. (There is another fireplace in the living room as well.) The second bedroom is small and probably much better suited as an office or small guest bedroom. More photos and info below. For the full listing, click here.
