2514 41st Street NW, #1
This Week’s Find is a column that is normally reserved for amazing feats of architecture or homes that have secret rooms built into them.
While this week’s installment does not have either of those things, it does have an amenity frequently found in Chevy Chase homes, but not in condos — a screened porch.

Screened Porch
The approximately 750 square-foot Glover Park unit (pretty large for a one-bedroom by DC standards) has been fully renovated and has a good-sized living room, and small dining and kitchen areas in addition to the bedroom. The screened porch is perhaps the main selling point, though, as it backs up to Glover Park itself offering some pretty ideal scenery.
The sellers bought the unit just three years ago, but shortly after moving in, had their first child, and now with another on the way, they will need more space.
More details and photos below. We give this unit three days before it is off the market.
