This Week's Find is, needless to say, not for the run-of-the-mill home buyer. The former home of the Unity of Washington church on Capitol Hill will likely draw interest from a select group, primarily developers with any eye to converting the property for a new use.

Located at 700 A Street NE (map) between Stanton Park and Lincoln Park, what will become of the church will depend on who buys it. Because it is zoned as R4*, the property could remain as a church, become a public school or be turned into three residences.
