This Week’s Find is a LeDroit Park rowhouse with a look and feel that indicates an architect’s touch.

The designer’s influence is revealed in a variety of details in the renovated three-bedroom home. There are tray ceilings, translucent panels in various rooms, accent lighting in the backyard and recessed lighting in the house, and exposed brick that somehow looks polished. The deep backyard has been landscaped with perennials and a large tree, as well as extensive patio space that leads to a one-car garage.
