The Providence: Logan Circle's Latest Condo Offering

Named after a trolley car that used to run down 11th Street in the 1920s, similarities between The Providence Lofts and public transportation end there. The eight-unit condo development just to the east of Logan Circle will start selling later this month after its grand opening (April 23rd) and is set to deliver in mid-May, according to sales manager Michele Topel.
- Location — 1515 11th Street NW (see map here).
- Living Space — The units range in size from 841 square feet to 1,553 square feet. There are one-bedroom flats on the ground floor and first floor and 3-level two-bedroom units with rooftop terraces on the upper floors. All units have natural oakwood floors and high ceilings and the kitchens are set up with Jenn-Air floating glass or stainless steel series appliances. The upper floor units are over 1,500 square feet and have rooftop terraces with views of downtown.
- Price Range — One-bedrooms start at around $300k and the higher end two-bedrooms start in the mid $600s.
- Parking — Only the larger two-bedroom units comes with a parking space.
