Price reductions at The Lacey, the 26-unit condo development at Florida Avenue and 11th Street NW (map) look to have resulted in a few sales.
UrbanTurf recently received word that the development, named in honor of the original owners of the Florida Avenue Grill, has just eight units left. We reported in late June that the prices on three units — 102, 105, and 106 — had come down $20,000 each. The reduction was the second since The Lacey’s grand opening in April, so we imagine that the prices are not going to come down much more.
