Other listing language that seems to enhance home prices, per the report:
- Outdoor shower -- 2.6% premium
- She shed -- 2% premium
- Pizza oven -- 2% premium
Zillow also points out that terms mentioned on social media sites like TikTok may also help a home sell faster.
"Certain trendy or viral features can attract more competing buyers, contributing to a speedier sale," the report stated. "Rounded corners, popular in contemporary furniture design and now architecture, can help a home sell six days faster than similar homes. Homes that mention a plant ledge in their listing description get snapped up more than five days faster than expected."
