Way back in 2011, UrbanTurf created Pipeline, a searchable database of multifamily projects that are under construction, in the planning stages, recently delivered or have leased up or sold out in the DC area. Pipeline launched with approximately 170 projects. Today, the database is updated weekly and has grown to over 550 projects.

A particularly handy feature of Pipeline are the “quick search” links included here:
- All condos
- All rentals
- DC: All, Condos, Rentals
- Virginia: All, Condos, Rentals
- Maryland: All, Condos, Rentals
Pipeline primarily focuses on residential developments with ten or more units. Although we update the status of 10-15 projects every week, please feel free to let us know if there are entries that need updating by emailing editor@urbanturf.com.
