Washington Capitals and Wizards owner Ted Leonsis listed his Georgetown condo in April. The $3.2 million listing has now found a buyer.
Leonsis purchased the two-bedroom home at Wormley Row on Prospect Street NW (map) in 2009, and the unit went under contract last week. Wormley Row is a former schoolhouse that was converted to high-end condos back in ten years ago.

The 2,500 square-foot unit features a large eat-in kitchen and a spacious living room, as well as a large master bedroom closet and dressing area. Ceiling heights rise to 11-feet throughout the unit, and all of the cabinets are custom and the appliances state of the art. The condo is listed with Mark McFadden of Washington Fine Properties.
The Leonsis family has made other real estate headlines this year; in late February, Zach Leonsis purchased a $9 million home in Kalorama.
