Cheval, the latest addition to the booming downtown Bethesda real estate scene, offers prospective buyers a unique blend of convenience and sophistication. And, when completed in early 2018, the 71-unit development will be the tallest condominium building in Bethesda.
Ideally placed between Old Georgetown Road and Fairmont Avenue, Cheval is steps from Woodmont Triangle, Bethesda Row and the Bethesda Metro station (map). The property boasts a 98 WalkScore, giving residents easy access to the most popular shops, restaurants and nightlife attractions in Bethesda. However, residents won't necessarily need to leave Cheval for entertainment, as they can also relax in the building's rooftop social area, complete with a bar and spacious club room.
Duball constructed Cheval with the highest-quality materials and an eye for a modern, open space layout. Units range in size up to 2,763 square feet and prices start at $700,000. Each unit has floor-to-ceiling windows, letting in plenty of natural light, as well as a private terrace and balcony.
Additional building features include a 24-hour, state-of-the-art fitness center, yoga studio, on-site garage parking and a comprehensive concierge service.
The official grand opening for Cheval will be held on Thursday, September 29th. To register for the event, click here. Or, for more information about Cheval contact Laura Henne by phone at 301-476-1527 or by email at lhenne@mcwilliamsballard.com.
