Two of the three founders of the DC-based salad powerhouse Sweetgreen will be listing their U Street home this coming weekend, UrbanTurf has learned. The three-bedroom rowhouse, owned by Sweetgreen founders Jonathan Neman and Nate Ru, is located at 2122 10th Street NW (map) and will hit the market for $1.399 million.

Designed by Division 1 Architects, the home spreads out over 2,300 square feet and three levels. The master suite takes up the entire top floor. There is also a patio as well as parking for two cars. The home was built in 2001.

Founded by Georgetown graduates Neman, Ru and Nick Jammet, Sweetgreen now has 31 locations around the country and received $35 million in funding this summer to expand further.
The home will be listed by Debi Fox of DCRE Residential.
