Living area of home at The Enclave of Ballston
The Enclave of Ballston is a bit of an anomaly in a section of Arlington where housing options are dominated by large-scale high-rises. Designed around a tree-lined cul-de-sac off North Carlin Springs Road (map), the new single-family home development is in a family-friendly neighborhood, but still in close proximity to the area's shopping, restaurants and public transit.

The Enclave of Ballston
With their custom finishes and Craftsman design, the ten new houses stand out among Ballston's existing housing options. The five-bedroom, 4.5/5.5-bath homes live on three bright levels thanks to high ceilings and large windows that flood each floor with light. The new kitchens are outfitted with Jenn Air appliances, large islands and under-the-counter microwaves, and in keeping with high-tech building standards, each home is pre-wired for sound and a security system and comes with an iPod docking station.

The lower level of every house could be turned into another living space or for those with games on their mind, the ultimate recreation room. The homes at The Enclave of Ballston range in size from approximately 3,800 to just over 5,000 square feet, and each has a front porch, a fenced-in garden and a patio.

Located a few blocks from where Carlin Springs and Glebe Road intersect (map), The Enclave of Ballston is minutes away from the Ballston Metro station and mall, putting everyday conveniences and amenities at residents' fingertips. And for drivers commuting to work, Routes 50 and 66 are both just two minutes away.

Lower level
All ten homes will be complete within the next 18 months, and two have already gone under contract. Prices start at approximately $1.3 million.
