This Saturday, Green DC Realty is hosting two commitment-free tours to check out condos on the market in one of DC's most popular neighborhoods: Dupont Circle.

Each tour -- one starting at 11am and one at 1pm -- will feature a handful of condos that recently hit the market in the neighborhood, and will allow attendees to just relax and ask questions about listings in the area.
Condos featured on this week's tour include this penthouse-level one-bedroom on 18th Street, a unit one block from Dupont Circle, and a renovated condo on one of our favorite streets in the area, Swann Street. See the full list of condos featured on the tour.
“The goal is to provide folks on the tour an easy, valuable way to get to know the real estate of a neighborhood but without the usual pressure to buy a home,” Green DC Realty’s Mike Kiefer told UrbanTurf.
For more details about the tours and to register, see below.
If you can't make it this Saturday, join Green DC Realty next weekend for a tour of condos in Logan Circle. Register here.
