Sales were recently completed at The Prescott, a 64-unit condo complex in Alexandria. The development is in Old Town, located about a block off King Street, and sales were handled by McWilliams|Ballard, a sales and marketing firm based in Alexandria.
The Prescott had one and two-bedroom units, ranging in price from the mid-$300,000s to about $1.3 million for the two-bedroom-with-den penthouse. The development has a rooftop terrace with a few grilling areas as well as underground parking for the units. The units in the low-rise development came with packages of GE appliances, maple cabinets, and hardwood floors.
Developed by Prescott Inc., a subsidiary of Carr Homes, sales started at The Prescott in the summer of 2006.
