Sales Are Brisk at Metropole

We have received an update from the sales team over at Metropole, and things seem to be going well. Since McWilliams Ballard took over the project earlier this summer, they have sold 15 units at the luxury development on the corner of 15th and P Street.
According to a representative, the rate of sales (about 5-6/month) is outpacing original projections. Only 30 units remain, priced from $389,900 to $1,499,900, and just one $1 million+ unit is still available.
It is nice to see that the much-talked-about development is doing well after a rather dramatic last year.
