The Shaw development pipeline is getting a little larger — and, perhaps, a little more affordable.

Although details are still forthcoming, ANC 6E Commissioner Michael Brown described the building as "mostly affordable", including several affordable two-bedroom units, during an informational presentation at the ANC meeting Tuesday night. The project will also include public art along P Street.
The development team plans to file the PUD application later this summer. Eric Colbert & Associates is the designer.
