We featured this tenth-floor one-bedroom unit in our What $415,000 Buys You post about a month ago, but a recent $5,000 price drop has taken it out of that price category. The listing is in the Yale Lofts project on New York Avenue, a building that was formerly one of the largest steam laundries in the city, which was converted in recent years into luxury lofts and condos.
