The Washington City Paper’s 2009 Best of D.C. issue is coming out in about a month, and the paper’s Housing Complex blog is looking for nominees in various real estate categories including Best Building Amenities (for a condo development).

The Chase at Bethesda
In an effort to help out the truly hard-working Ruth Samuelson (the blog’s author), we wanted to elicit the thoughts of our readers. So, which condo developments in the DC area do you think have the best amenities? So far, City Vista (Safeway, pool, one-acre park) and The Whitman (fitness center, rooftop terrace) are the only developments that have been nominated (by a sales agent). What about The Chase at Bethesda? Axis Condos? Let us know your choice in the comments section and we’ll pass them on to Ruth.
