The Washington Business Journal’s Tierney Plumb reported yesterday afternoon that Abdo Development had found financing for its 120-unit Gaslight Square condo project in Rosslyn.
The project, which will break ground before the end of the year, will be located next to the Wooster and Mercer Lofts at 1600 Clarendon Boulevard.
No word was given on delivery date or price range for the units, but Plumb did report that the condos will have private elevator access, large outdoor balconies, patios and terraces.
